Searching, finding, viewing, inspecting, negotiating and arranging... solely and exclusively on behalf of the buyer.
We are not estate agents or listing agents, we don’t sell houses and you will not find any houses for sale on this web site. We are a professional home finding company, owned and managed by a Chartered Surveyor with some 40 years of experience in buying and selling residential properties.
After an initial discussion, we meet you in your own home in the UK to ascertain your property requirements in the Algarve – what you are looking for and where you would like to buy, the size of your budget, your time scale and anything else that would help us to find the perfect villa for you.
We research the market through our extensive contacts in the Algarve, personally inspect likely suitable properties and provide you, the client with an illustrated report, ideally by email immediately.
Once the ‘right’ house has been identified, we negotiate the best possible price on your behalf, liaise with selling agents, lawyers and surveyors as well as with management companies to look after or rent out the villa when the client is not there (if required).
We aim to make your purchase in the Algarve as hassle free and as enjoyable as possible and of course to ensure you buy at the lowest possible price.
